Wanaka, New Zealand Veterinary Conference August 9-14, 2026
We are excited to return to where it all started for the 2026 edition of Vets On Tour New Zealand. We will once again be hosted by the beautiful Edgewater Resort, the scenic lakefront hotel on the shores of Lake Wanaka surrounded by the spectacular Southern Alps.
The resort serves as the perfect base for skiing at the nearby Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields. For those looking for a break from the slopes, the area offers countless hiking and biking paths, horse riding, bungee jumping, and jet boating. If you prefer a more relaxing experience, you can enjoy local day spas, saunas, vineyards, or the many bars and restaurants in the area.
And of course we will have our usual lineup of wonderful speakers sharing their wisdom throughout the week. More details to come soon.
Canazei ( Dolomites ), Italy Veterinary Conference
January 16-23, 2027
We are returning to the spectacular Dolomite region in northern Italy for our Northern Hemisphere Ski Conference. Based in the charming alpine village of Canazei, rich in traditional Ladin culture, we will be staying at the historic Schloss Hotel.
From this base, we will utilize the Dolomiti Superski Pass, which covers 1,200km of incredible runs across areas including Cortina d’Ampezzo, 3 Zinnen Dolomites, Alta Badia, and Val Gardena—home to the famous Sella Ronda circuit.
Your days will be bookended by sessions from our wonderful speakers (details coming soon) and punctuated by gourmet lunches and local favorites like Bombardinos and Grappa as our guides lead you through this magical landscape
Africa Veterinary Conference April 5-24, 2026
Join us in April 2027 for an extraordinary veterinary conference and travel program spanning Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
Begin with an optional five-day volunteer placement with Mbwa Wa Africa Animal Rescue & Clinic, contributing to surgical, vaccination and animal welfare programs in the Arusha region, before coming together for a five-night conference set against the iconic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park — timed perfectly with the Great Migration. For those wishing to extend their adventure, optional post-conference experiences include summiting Mount Kilimanjaro or tracking Mountain Gorillas in Uganda or Rwanda.
