Canazei ( Dolomites ), Italy Veterinary Conference
January 16-23, 2027
We are returning to the spectacular Dolomite region in northern Italy for our Northern Hemisphere Ski Conference. Based in the charming alpine village of Canazei, rich in traditional Ladin culture, we will be staying at the historic Schloss Hotel.
From this base, we will utilize the Dolomiti Superski Pass, which covers 1,200km of incredible runs across areas including Cortina d’Ampezzo, 3 Zinnen Dolomites, Alta Badia, and Val Gardena—home to the famous Sella Ronda circuit.
Your days will be bookended by sessions from our wonderful speakers (details coming soon) and punctuated by gourmet lunches and local favorites like Bombardinos and Grappa as our guides lead you through this magical landscape
Africa Veterinary Conference April 5-24, 2026
Join us in April 2027 for an extraordinary veterinary conference and travel program spanning Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
Begin with an optional five-day volunteer placement with Mbwa Wa Africa Animal Rescue & Clinic, contributing to surgical, vaccination and animal welfare programs in the Arusha region, before coming together for a five-night conference set against the iconic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park — timed perfectly with the Great Migration. For those wishing to extend their adventure, optional post-conference experiences include summiting Mount Kilimanjaro or tracking Mountain Gorillas in Uganda or Rwanda.
An absolutely epic blend of professional development, meaningful contribution, and unforgettable wildlife experiences awaits!
Wanaka, New Zealand Veterinary Conference July 25-30, 2027
July 25–30, 2027, Vets On Tour New Zealand returns to Wanaka, where it all began. We’ll be based once again at the Edgewater Resort, right on the shores of Lake Wanaka with the Southern Alps rising behind it.
Cardrona and Treble Cone are just up the road, so it’s easy to make the most of the snow. Off the slopes, the region has plenty more to offer: hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding, jet boating, and bungee jumping for the bold. If you’d rather slow things down, you can spend the day at a spa or sauna, visit the local vineyards, or settle into one of the town’s bars and restaurants.
Throughout the week, our lineup of excellent speakers will share practical insights, fresh ideas, and real-world experience you can take straight back to practice.
Rusutsu, Japan Veterinary Conference Feb 14-21, 2028
From February 14–21, 2028, we’re taking our Northern Hemisphere Ski Conference to Japan.
Our base is Rusutsu, on Hokkaido, an island known worldwide for its deep, light powder snow.
Rusutsu covers three mountains, East Mountain, West Mountain and Mount Isola, so there’s a wide range of terrain to explore, from groomed cruisers to tree runs. Mount Yōtei, the volcano often called the “Mount Fuji of Hokkaido,” rises over the whole area. If you want to range further, Niseko is a short trip away.
Your days will begin and end with sessions from our excellent speakers (details coming soon). In between, there’s powder to chase, steaming bowls of ramen, a local sake or two, and the onsen hot springs to finish the day.
